Save by Bundling Your Registration
Save by bundling your registration with the GBTA U.S. Legislative Summit
Do you want to learn more about issues affecting business travel and discuss topics such as sustainability with members of Congress? Bundle your Sustainability Summit registration with the Legislative Summit and save $125 in registration for both events.
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing to GBTA at events@gbta.org
- Cancellations are accepted until Monday, May 12, 2025.
- A full refund minus a $75 administrative fee will be given for cancellations.
- No refunds will be given after Monday, May 12, 2025.
- There are no refunds for “no shows.”
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
- A GBTA attendee may transfer his/her registration to another eligible party if he/she is unable to attend.
- All substitution requests must be made in writing to GBTA at eventsupport@gbta.org and handled on the backend of the registration system.
- The substitute is responsible for all financial arrangements between the original registrant and the substitute.
