A room block has been secured for the duration of the summit. Hotel accommodations can be secured through the reservation link. Individuals must identify themselves as being with the group, GBTA Sustainability Summit, at the time the reservation is made to receive the special group rate.
The reservation cut-off date is MONDAY, MAY 19, 2025. Reservation requests received after this deadline date will be subject to availability and the prevailing rate.
Room Rates:
Single/Double $259.00 (plus applicable taxes, currently 15.95% per night, subject to change).
The $12.00 per night Facility Fee has been waived for Sustainability Summit participants booking in the room block. The group rate will be extended from 6/7 – 6/12/25, subject to availability.
Guarantee & Deposit Policy:
Hotel room, tax, incidentals, airfare and other expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

Room Cancellation Policy
Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to guest’s arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.
